beautiful skin in the making!
I have been reading the book "mei rong da wang" by da S...
all thanks to rossie dear!
i borrowed the book from her...hehe.. :)
seeing how pretty da S looks really inspired me to work harder on my skincare regime!
haha...aight i'm a bimbo.. :X
some of her methods r really extreme...
one of those r wearing long sleeves and a visor cap whenever u r out in the sun..
and must always carrying an umbrella that can block UV rays...
that's crazy..esp the wearing long sleeves part...
i can never never do that..
but! i will work hard on my skincare regime!
morning must put sunblock when i'm out...
at night must apply whitening night essence..
must put mask at least once a week!
must sleep early as well! that's the toughest part for me i guess...
i'm known for being an owl!
normally the earliest that i go to bed is 2am!
i think i need to kick off that habit if i want to have beautiful skin.. :(

i wanna work at metro more often!

in her book, she also talked abt hair and other small areas of our body...
for hair, she says we must wash our hair twice a day, first time to wash our scalp and second time to wash our hair..
and we need to brush our hair in proportion to our age...
the older we r...the more we need to brush/comb our hair more often..
and another more perverted beauty hair act,
she doesn't allow any form of pressure resting on her hair,
for eg if her bf wants to put his arm over her shoulder,
he must put his arm under her hair...
when driving,
her hair must not be placed under the seat belt...
when sleeping,
hair must be put up instead of putting between our heads and the pillow...
in short, her hair must not be under any pressure!
the book is kinda interesting...
worth a read! :)
bought this cute underwear over the weekend too!
